Latasha Wilson, CPA
Founder & CEO
As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, I was often called upon to help fellow business leaders navigate complex financial challenges. When I co-founded my own non-profit, CornerStone Enterprise, Ltd, I encountered firsthand the unique struggles faced by small business owners—especially in managing their financial infrastructure. It became clear that there was a significant gap in financial knowledge and expertise, and realized I was uniquely positioned to help fill it.

In 2023, Alluvium was founded with a mission to empower small to mid-sized non-profit organizations through expert financial accounting services.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality financial training and services that create strategic advantages for our clients. We are building an innovative financial ecosystem that supports long-term sustainability and generational impact.
Latasha Wilson, CPA, Ed.M
Latasha is a licensed CPA with a B.S. degree in Accounting from University of Maryland, UC. and Masters in Human Development and Education from Harvard University. Latasha has over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting at Fortune 500 companies like T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) and Humana-Kindred at Home, federal government expertise at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the private sector at Hallmark. In addition, she has owned and operated her own tax business.
Through-out her career, serving has been at the center. She has been a member of the board of directors for several non-profit organizations, serving as Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman as well as investment committees and was the Executive Director for Pathway Financial Education.
Latasha is owner of Alluvium, LLC a financial consulting firm and co-founder of CornerStone Enterprise, Ltd. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting healthy development for emerging adults in the transition to adulthood. Latasha co-founded this organization with her husband Cliff. CornerStone serves 200 young adults and their families annually, empowering them with a legacy mindset through financial training, professional development, and life coaching.
